This privacy policy sets out how All Saints Pre-school uses and protects any information that you provide when you use our website.

All Saints Pre-school is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Use of Personal Information

We may collect the following information through the contact us page, via email and written correspondence and submission of electronic application forms via email to the preschool:

  • Name of parent and child
  • Address
  • Child’s date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Telephone number.
  • The application form for pre-school also asks for names and year groups for siblings of the child applying.

If you do not wish to receive an application form for your child via email, please contact the pre-school on 01354 659000 ext 2 and request a paper application form.

What we do with the information we gather

We do not pass information from this website onto third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.  We use this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping, including placing details on our waiting list.
  • Ensuring availability when allocating places within the pre-school.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you in response to a specific enquiry or to provide you with information and news regarding the pre-school’s operations.
  • We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We follow stringent guidelines to ensure we use all personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) (please see our child records and provider records policies).

You have the right to change information that we hold about you or your child.  Please state the changes in writing and send them to the pre-school with proof of identity to enable requested changes to be made.  This may include, removing your child from the waiting list, changing names/surnames, change of address or contact details.
