Use of Personal Information
We may collect the following information through the contact us page, via email and written correspondence and submission of electronic application forms via email to the preschool:
- Name of parent and child
- Child’s date of birth
- Telephone number.
- The application form for pre-school also asks for names and year groups for siblings of the child applying.

If you do not wish to receive an application form for your child via email, please contact the pre-school on 01354 659000 ext 2 and request a paper application form.
What we do with the information we gather
We do not pass information from this website onto third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law. We use this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping, including placing details on our waiting list.
- Ensuring availability when allocating places within the pre-school.
- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you in response to a specific enquiry or to provide you with information and news regarding the pre-school’s operations.
- We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We follow stringent guidelines to ensure we use all personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) (please see our child records and provider records policies).
